A:Swipe right down on the screen, swipe up left to select rows, select Restore Factory Settings, and then swipe up the screen to confirm.

A:Here is the suggestion:
For most all edge cut keys you should use the 1.5mm.
Then for high security it will tell you to use the 1.5mm as well.
If you just leave the 1.5mm in, there are zero issues. 2.5mm might be 2 seconds faster on SOME keys, but none will ever request it.

A:If you receive the prompt ‘error code: 1 Configuration exception, please do cutting calibration and clamp calibration again’ on your mini condor, just do a height calibration to resolve it.
