CLONE VAG EDC17CP20 BY KT200 WITHOUT OPENING ECU Step By Step

Purpose:

To clone VAG EDC17CP20 on bench without opening ECU.

Tool: KT200 Auto Version

Procedures: 

Go to

Select Driver>>BENCH MODE>>AUDI>>TC1796 – VAG>>EDC17CP20

Click “INFO” to check guide and pinout.

Connect device to old ECU by the diagram.

Turn on the power switch.

Connect ECU.

Click “Read All”, which includes Ext Flash, Int Flash Micro, Eeprom.

Read successfully, turn off power switch.

Connect device to new ECU by the same diagram.

Read and save data.

Write All, load old data to new module.

Done!
