Issue:
Have a Porsche Cayenne 2013, all keys lost. The car is locked, need to unlock and program new keys.
Solution:
Use Lishi HU66 V3 2 in 1 lock pick to decode
Then use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 and Key Tool Max Pro to cut a new key, it can open the car, but it needs to be programmed to start the car.
Finally, use Xhorse VVDI Prog to read immobilizer data and use Xhorse VVDI2 to program the key.
Here is the detailed guide to program key.
Remove the Porsche BCM from the car. It’s normally above the pedals right side.
EEPROM: 2M25J
Step 1: Read immobilizer data with VVDI Prog
Connect VVDI Prog programmer and computer
Run VVDI PROG software
Check BCM-2M25J-Backup connection diagram
Follow the diagram to remove the two components (needs to solder back after all operations are completed), and cut off the yellow wire place
Connect MC9S12 Reflash Cable to BCM and VVDI Prog programmer
Read and save D-Flash data
Step 2: Program Key with VVDI2
Connect VVDI2 key programmer and computer via the USB cable
Run VVDI2 software
Select Key Learn>> New Porsche Key>> Prepare Dealer Key>> EEPROM (2M25J)
Load D-Flash data saved in step 1
Insert new key into the hole of Xhorse VVDI2 key programmer
Select one unused key position, and click “Prepare Dealer Key”
Success and save with a new EEPROM dump file.
Add dealer key success, load a new file, insert another new key and add.
Save the latest dump file.
After that, go to the next step to learn key
Select Key Learn>> New Porsche Key>> Learn
Read the immo status, there are total 2 keys.
Load the original eeprom dump file, input the learn key number (2), and click “Key learning” to start the key learn
Insert new keys one by one to learn.
All keys are learned successfully.
Finally, use the key learned to start the car normally.
The result:
VVDI2+ VVDI Prog do AKL programming for 2013 Porsche Cayenne perfectly.
