How to solve Cut Lexus Keys Error With Xhorse XP005L And M5 Clamp

I used Xhorse Dolphin XP005L to cut Lexus keys. When I was using the M5 clamp, on the B side, whenever I tightened the clamp, the key lifted out of the clamp. I put the key in between those four raised areas, and I noticed these raised areas on the clamp too. I was not sure what caused it, or if it would cause this condition.

Finally, I replaced my Xhorse M5 clamp and everything worked as it should. One of my first Lexus keys flew out of the clamp when I was cutting it and doing Lexus keys was a struggle after that.

If you have the same problem, my advice is to take your time, double, and triple check your blank is flat and straight before securing the clamp.
