How to solve PCMTuner PSA EDC17C60 Car Not Working after Writing

Some customers give feedback that they can use PCMTuner ECU programmer to read and write PSA EDC17C60 car, the car starts the first time and then never starts again, also appears the fault code “P151A 92” and “P3028 00” as shown in the following figures.

Here is the solution provided by engineer.

You must manually change the TPROT OFF in FlexHex and WinOLS with your original file.

Find the 13 byte sequence on our Ori:

2D 0F 00 00 DF 32 04 80 1D C8 D6 A4 00

or 2D OF 00 00 DF 32 04 80 1D C8 8E 83 00

Note: the first 8 bytes in green always are the same

for TPROT OFF change to:

2D 0F 00 00 DF 32 04 80 00 00 00 00 00

Need to change the last 5 bytes with 00

Main steps:

Step 1: Download and install FlexHEX

Step 2: Change TPROT OFF in FlexHex

Step 3: Change Tprot off in WinOLS
