Customer problem:
Xhorse App disappeared on my device Xhorse Key Tool Max Pro. It showed “APP not installed”.
I was trying to install a new one, but without success. The Key Tool Max Pro has been purchased 15-04-2023 and it worked without a problem for two months.

Please reset factory data on VVDI Key Tool Max Pro and reinstall Xhorse APP and other applications.

Settings>> backup & input>> factory data reset
