Q:How to Solve VXDIAG VCX SE Benz 2022.09 Xentry Initialization Multiplexer Failed ?
Answer:
A:Do the following:
1. Update Benz C6 driver in vx manager
2. Run Xentry recovery tool on the desktop to sync Xentry VCI.
NOTE: Don’t sync VCI before update C6 driver. Always update C6 driver first.

3. Xentry 2022.09 is working fine. It will communicate with vehicle now.

Q:I got the latest vxdiag vcx se benz c6 driver updated and turn on the DoIP switch. DTS Monaco is not working, won’t program HU5. DoIP switch disconnected after several minutes. Any solution?

A:Solution:
Don’t need to turn on DoIP switch when running DTS Monaco engineering software.
DoIP switch is used when diagnosing DoIP models with Xentry program.
Test if the Doip switch will disconnect when run Xentry software, if yes, contact vxdiagshop.com technical support to check it on Teamviewer.

A:For this product, we can send the vcx se for Benz interface from EU, no need to pay tax.
For the software SSD, we can only send by post mail from China, to avoid customs tax, is ok?

A:It needs to work with laptops at least 6gb ram, i5 processor, with sata port for internal HDD. We tested with Lenovo T410, T440, both are ok.
