Answer:
A:Same solution to Launch CRP919X BT/CRP919 series diagnostic scanners
Enter recover mode as following:
Long press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds.
The system will enter boot process.
During this process, press the power buttons for 5 times quickly, the system will enter Engineering mode.
Launch scanner will give the option to unlock pattern lock.
Short press the power button to move the menu and long press the power button to select the menu.

Q:What is the diference between globale version and EU? Please explain
Answer:
A:The EU Version is special for Europe Customers, it is cheaper than Global version. The packing list and functions of them is same.
But EU version, has IP limitations, cannot be used outside EU.
