Q:I got the vxdiag vcx nano Ford and IDS v127. But software does not see VCM device. I tried to install Ford driver in vx manager, but it says “Not found device or license”. Any solution?
Answer:
A:Solution:
Driver problem.
Update firmware in vx manager.
Then re-install Ford IDS driver.
vcx nano ford is detected by IDS software.

Q:Software installed but when run VX Manager, it detects the device, but no license. When try to update the license, it says license is invalid, contact the dealer to confirm this is a valid device.

You did not install Ford driver.
Go to Diagnostic and install Ford IDS driver.
