It’s very easy to program Mercedes Benz W211 all keys lost with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad in minutes. Following I’m gonna show how to do.
1. Read EEPROM
Since I don’t have Benz EZS/EIS Adapter that may definitely save much time. So I will go on welding, in this case ST12 adapter is required if you had one.
Prog >> Immo >> BENZ >> EIZ-W211-ST12 >> Weld
Here we can check the wiring diagram.
Read >> EEPROM >> Begin >> Continue
Save EEPROM data file.

2. Prepare Key File
Immo programming >> Europe >> Benz >> Select from system >> Prepare key file >> Stat programming >> Prepare key file
Click “OK” to load the EIS with password(support Motorola EEPROM data).
Selected EEPROM data file >> Yes >> OK >> v051
Calculating require 30s…please wait
Save the file.
Preparing 1 key…8 key
Key file generation completed.

3. Write BE Key
Insert VVDI BE Key into Key Tool Plus IR interface.
Read write key >> Read/write key via IR >> Start programming >> Write BE key >> Load key file >> OK

Writing data… please wait
Writing data success. If key is smart key(BE), please install battery and wait 1 minute before learn key to car!(The key LCD will flash during this time!)
The activatation key generally directly inserted into the car to activate, if you cannot activate, please try the following methods:
Manual activation by Select from system >> Read write key >> Read/write key via IR >> Activate;
Read EIS data again and generate key file again;
Try to unplug the OBD connector, insert the BE key into EIS to activate.
Completed.

Add smart key to PASSAT B8 2018 with xhorse vvdi key tool plus successfully.

VVDI Key tool plus can support Mercedes Benz in year 2023, but it is more expensive but you get a fairly well featured key programming tool for other purposes, and is standalone with no laptop required.

Xhorse key tool will generate Sienna BABA remote using Toyota XM38 smart key under this option. Then program remote with vvdi key tool plus. Rolling code is required to access.

Xhorse will add key to Sienna BABA smart key. It cannot do all keys lost.

If all keys lost, you need techstream+ techstream subscription + rolling code.

2017 land Rover evoque add second key successfully with xhorse vvdi key tool plus via OBD.
Key tool plus successful.
Changable I’D key ok.
Use existing key slot (Clone existing slot).
Acdp failed (error key id). I use ACDP normally with editable ID keys never had any issues but it didn’t like this changable ID key today.
Autel failed ( software not supported ).

Procedure:
Follow wiring diagram to connect 8A AKL adapter with immo box and key tool plus

In vvdi key tool plus, select mmo Programming->Asia->Toyota-> Select by type->IMMO system->8A immo box all keys lost (flip key)-Start programming

Select 8A immo box all keys lost- OBD make master key

Sync data with server. Don’t insert key during the process. Keep ignition switch off.

Calculate immo box successfully and save data.

Put a VVDI super chip into key tool plus, prepare to make master key which can start car directly

Write key in progress

Program 8A flip key successfully.


Disconnect 8A AKL adapter, install super chip into key shell. Test the new key.

2018 Toyota Prius Prime USA model push to start (all keys lost situation) is a success with Xhorse vvdi key tool plus.  You need the Toyota 8A AKL adapter from xhorse to make this possible.
I did write it multiple times in different ways so it’s reusable.

The Key does work to start the car but won’t work for proximity functions.

If you code xhorse remote, it codes but has no remote function you have to do delete keys using original key, then produce a different type on xhorse. So you have to delete each time you are unsuccessful.

I attempted it with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus and it WORKED. It worked great under CANFD PASSWORD BYPASS.

Also pretty neat that it doesn’t need a CANFD adapter.

Programming VW Passat with Comfort Module (CCM) all keys lost by xhorse vvdi tools Scuuess by VVDI Key Tool Plus 

1.OBD method

There is MUCH easier way to do these Passat and CC with CCM.
Simply, open fuse box cover on driver’s side
30A fuse will be hot
Put wire, preferably with switch in between 30A hot fuse and 5A fuse
This will force ignition on
Then read immo data
Make dealer key
Adapt key
Remote will need to be programmed separately.
This trick is good but only works on some ECUs. Some totally, some partially (6 bytes out of 7), some not.
This way can work only on edc16 (only some this ecu got 7 byte) rest ecu only 6 bytes and even if fits PCR2.1 you can’t get any cs by obd. So classic way is still best because the results is 100%.
2.
You can disassemble the CCM, remove the immo data eeprom and program key via dump.
For example, it can be done by xhorse vvdi key tool plus or vvdi2.
Remove glovebox, to access module. Remove and desolder chip read and make dealer key. Refit then learn to car via obd.

The dealer key should be taken away from ignition switch.

If key is keyless, please move it out of car.

If there’s no key in ignition, continue anyway.

Press “OK”.

Save data file.

i have both & the mini obd as well the xp-005 is an excellent machine cant fault it & use it all the time with no issues the key tool i use it to check keys frequency/transponders & with the xp-005

Prepare dealer key with programmer >> Select a blank key position: Key4

Please put new key into VVDI Key Tool Plus programmer.

Is the current key the smart key? No

Key make okay and locked. Please use it start the car.

If cannot start engine, use “Add key” function add the dealer key to CAS system.

If key can start engine, but keyless not working, please use “Repair keyless key” function.

Test the new key. It can start the engine normally.

Done.

It is a 2020 Toyota Corolla.  The customer only has one transponder chip key. I used Xhorse Toyota style 4 button flip key with LXP90 blade. Generated the correct FCC ID with my VVDI Key Tool Plus. Used Xhorse super chip and cloned the transponder chip.

I then used the key tool plus to program the remote to the vehicle. Evertyhing worked flawlessly.

Toyota Auris 2013 all keys lost is done by xhorse vvdi key tool plus and 8A non-smart key AKL adapter.

Auris 2013 it’s 8A H key. None smart, no G key.

Profile was va2. Cut on xhorse dolphin xp005 machine. Got keycode from toyota, you also have the keycode on the car papers.

Ignition coil read as 4d. I tried all tools like zedfull, Im608, londor to do smart box reset nothing worked.
When choose G chip 72 system i got a connection but it was stuck on communicating… When trying to do Smartbox reset.
Then I took xhorse 8A AKL adapter but Auris schema was nowhere described, found an ign2 relay took it out and connected battery and ignition coil. I took out the ign2 relay and but j3 in it I could find a schema nowhere.

I did not select smart key and it was not g key.
I got a successful read and was able to program vvdi super chip.
Car started.

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Adds Mercedes W203 BE Key via IR

Step1. Read Password

Immo programming >> Europe >> Benz >> Select from system >> EIS Tools >> Start programming >> W203, 463, 639(K) >> Read the lock(EIS) data >> IR

Insert IR Adapter to car. Take out and insert again if already inserted.

The password of the lock is detected.

Press “Yes” to save data file.

Password read by infrared?

1. W209/211(CPU HC12), R171 and W203/215/220/230(CPU HC08) EIS support infrared reading of password.
2. This function supports adding and lose all.
3. This function does not required points or online calculation.
4. It takes about 1-4 minutes to read the password directly through infrared.
5. If the final reading fails, please use other methods to obtain the password.

Press “Yes”.

Save password file.

Step2. Read & Write Key File

Prepare key file >> Start programming >> Prepare key file

Click “OK” to load the EIS file with password(support Motorola EEPROM data).

Please confirm the key password.

Key file generation completed.

Read write key >> Read/write key via IR >> Start programming >> Write BE key >> Load key file

Please insert the new VVDI BE Key into the infrared antenna of Key Tool Plus.

If key is smart key(BE), please install battery and wait 1 minute before learn key to car(The key LCD will flash during this time)!

Step3. Activate & Test

The activation key generally directly inserted into the car to active, if you cannot activate, please try the following methods:

1. Manual activation by select from: System-> Read write key-> Read/write key via IR-> Activate
2. Read EIS data again and generate key file again.
3. Try to unplug the OBD connector, insert the BE key into EIS to activate.

The BE key can work after activation.
