I have Dolphin II XP-005L and haven't got any problem cutting VA2 keys. I have done for PSA many times and correct every time

Dolphin 2 will do really good with phone app and lifetime upgrades..cheap parts.. pretty capable of most keys in a world

My dolphin 2 has been fantastic BUT i will say the screen isnt as useful as youd think if you got the original dolphin with m5 clamp and use your phone with the app or key tool max with the app you get all the same xact functionality for like $800 less make sure you dielectric grease the worm gears once every 6 months when i got my dolphin2 had zero lubrication on worm gears lubed it up with dielectric grease and works great
