Our mechanics have been looking for a Diagnostic Tool scanner for 3 months, trying to find one that fit all their needs without it being too costly. The Autel MaxiIM IM508 Pro definitely fulfills all our needs and is exactly what they were looking for in a Diagnostic scanner. It is a great value for the price. I would recommend it to any shop.

I have used several products manufactured by Autel over the years and have yet to be disappointed. This is no exception. The Autel IM508 pro is a powerful and versatile automotive key programming tool! It combines diagnostic features and more than 20 useful maintenance service functions, this integration (diagnostic and key programming) makes it a valuable tool to have for any locksmith, technician, or anyone that needs to program vehicle keys. Combining the IM508 with the XP400 pro gives you an even better value. (It's almost like getting the IM608 for have the price.) Out of the box it comes with 1 years of updates included, after that the updates are running about $350 a year. The tool will not become useless if you don't do the update it just will not have the most up to date information and will not be able to program the newer model year, but compared to the competitors the yearly renewal cost is extremely reasonable (I highly recommend keeping the tool up to date). I have pictured everything you get in the box and a few pictures of the immo screens. The construction of the tablet will allow for years of hard use and the case the tool comes in can take a beating too. If you want to add to your arsenal of quality tools or only have the budget to get only one then this is the one I would get.

Easy to use great for key programming

Autel MaxiIM IM508S/ IM508 can program 2019-2022 Kia Telluride all keys lost by OBD successfully. 

Procedure

Connect Autel IM508S to OBD2 port, enter into

IMMO >> Kia >> Manual selection >> America >> Telluride(ON) >> 2019- >> Smart key >> Yes >> Control unit >> Read immobilizer password

Smart key programming >> Start

This function supports add key and all keys lost;

Performing this function will erase all existing keys, all the old keys must be relearned again to be able to use normally. Press “Yes” to continue.

Turn the ignition off (note: the instrument scree is black).

Open and then close the driver door once!

Please enter the 6-digit security code: 450129

OK >> Yes

Note! Click “OK” to complete the following steps:

Within 5s after OK is pressed, use the back or top of the smart key to hold down the START button for 5s until the anti-theft lamps flash.

(If the operation failed with the prompts, please remove the key case and re-execute the above steps so that the key chip can be successfully programmed.)

Programming succeeded.

Press “Yes” to program next key, “No” to complete.

Number of current keys: 2

Please exit the system to the vehicle selection menu and check if the key if programmed successfully.

Test 2 keys, both can work well.

Done.
