Makes my mercedes keys so I don't have to go to dealer or key shop. (I'm surprised both don't have loan applications at the counter. ) And this also is a great car scanner too. When I have a question I can call the support or my favorite, they have a huge Library of how to's.

IM508 + G-BOX+ XP400 W210 All key lost done!

I bought this XP400 key programmer together with Autel IM508 key programming tool to extend IM508’s key programming capabilities to the same level as Autel IM608 and saved me $1000+ instantly!

Comparing with IM608, Autel IM508+XP400 combo will have:

Pros:
1. $1000 less in cost
2. Same IMMO functions & key programming capabilities
3. Much less annual renewal fee than IM608.

Cons:
1. IM508+XP400 combo is less powerful in diagnostics than IM608.

To anyone that would be interested in IM508, never miss out the opportunity to get this useful accessory!

However, I don’t recommend you get the XP400 separately. Though you can use it with PC, you would not be able to utilize the Data Logging feature of IM508, IM608 should issue occur.
