I got this tool to scan the BMW DME (engine control unit, or Digital Motor Electronics in Bosch language) and to reset warning indicators: SES (oxygen sensor errors for example)and service interval messages (oil change indicator for example). This tool does that. Note that is ALL it does. It does not display 'live' data in the form of fuel trim settings, for example. That should be apparent from the description, but don't buy this tool if you're looking to 'tune' the engine management system on your BMW. The PEAKE tool is handily small and easily used. BE SURE to remove it from the underhood connector when you're done using it..BEFORE you close the hood!!

So far, whether it is for diagnosing or using some special functions, this launch diagnostic scanner is good to use. The tablet is well-designed, the interface is user-friendly, the operation speed is fabulous and the features are complete, happened to have bought a endoscope last year, to test the extended module feature, I tried the endoscope module on ×431 pro5 diagnostic scanner and it works beautifully and I just think about purchasing a whole series of extended devices and get the best use of them with ×431 pro5. Will recommend it to my friends.
