If Orange5 says USB device not found which means the device drive is not installed
Go to Computer Management- Device Manager- Ports
Update USB Serial Device (COM5) driver

Choose Browse my computer for driver software
Select driver location depends on your system

C:/Users/Administrator/Desktop/orange5_SUPER PRO/Driver/X64 or X32


Windows has finished installing the drivers for this device.

Run Orange software as Administrator again
