Tech support
Have mb star sdconnect c4 2020.03 (both SSD & HDD version), when enter ewa-net to activate, get error 'unknown id'. How to fix?
Here’s the working solution:
Enter the Device Manager, uninstall the hidden NIC driver, restart ewa-net. (If you have no idea which are the virtual network card drivers that need to be uninstalled, Find the ones with # to uninstall.
