This Xtool d9 Pro is tremendous. It offers features that I didn't even know were possible without the factory diagnostics. So far it's only been three days of using this tool and learning the incredible amount of things it can do. That being said, I feel confident in saying it's the best money I've ever spent on any diagnostic tool.

Tested the unit with several vehicles and all worked great. I also had to contact support for one question and they answered quite fast, so I was happy with the service. Overall, nice scanner.

Does way more than you would think for its size. It will be fun going through the menus and finding out everything that it can do.

This Xtool d9 Pro is very helpful. I use it for diagnosing cars. The battery last a long time. Love the free updates and the topology map. I highly recommend this scanner.

This Xtool d9 Pro scanner is amazing it’s has wide information on many manufacturers. It goes more in-depth with testing and calibrating to help you diagnose the cars more efficiently. The tech support has been superb and has assited with an inquires. They are very efficient and respond quickly to any concerns. I highly this product!

The D9 hardware is exceptionally well designed and the build quality is solid. The software feels light-years ahead of my Autel MS906, which I had been using for the last 4 years. Every operation is sooo much faster. Not surprising since Autel is still using Android 4.X on scan tools like the MS906 and similar. The D9 is running Android 10 and just very smooth. Also, the network topology view really makes it easier to visualize and understand the complete system under inspection. I haven't seen a function that this tool can't perform. Finally, support from the manufacturer (XTOOL Online) after purchase is second to none. I got an immediate response to my questions by friendly representatives. And with 3 years of free software upgrades (reasonable annual renewal rate after that) I was sold. So far (using it about one month), I have no regrets. I wanted to include some negatives in my review (like maybe price?) but in reality, this tool does what many other more expensive tools cannot. I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about it!
