OBDSTAR FCA 12+8 Adapter can works together with X300 DP Plus/ X300 PRO4/ Odo Master/ X200 PRO2, you can access to the vehicle's OBD2 port by this adapter to do OBD key programming, oil/service reset and diagnostic.

Original OBDSTAR FCA 12+8 Universal Adapter

All FCA (FIAT/CHRYSLER/ALFA ROMEO) vehicles after 2018 are equipped with the SGW security gateway module to prevent attacks on the vehicle network via the CAN bus. Directly plug in the OBD II-16 connector cannot communicate with the vehicles because the SGW security gateway module can block the access to the vehicle's OBD2 port from non-original diagnoses. To solve this problem, you can connect to the 12 PIN and 8 PIN connections on the car via this FCA 12 + 8 cable to get normal communication with the car.

How to use FCA 12+8 Cable?

Find and unplug the 12 PIN and 8 PIN connectors of the SGW module, and then connect the FCA 12+8 directly to the 12 PIN and 8 PIN (connecting to the two connectors of the SGW) connector on the car. At this time, normal communication with the car can be realized.
