Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Misordered Products: If you order wrong item, or you found it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you, please aware of this.
Quality Issue: If our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, in this situation, our return policy will be open for you.
Non Quality Issues: In some specific situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Shipping Options for Returned Items: when you confirm to return the items to us, please use simple flat airmail or EMS to return it, and write shipping address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we will have problem in clear the clearance and can not get your return item, we will not responsible for that.
Most of the items are under 1 year warranty, but if you would like to return the item for repair 6 months later since the time you bought, you have to afford the shipping cost of shipping it back to you. Our test engineer will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard. After finish quality check,our QC stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.
When your product get damaged after use and needs repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact with OBD2eShop.com customer service about the repair.
Please send by standard airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.
After we get your item return to us and check the item in good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service, and we we will charge you 10% handling fee. Returning for replacement
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and you undertake the shipping cost for your ship item back to us through simple airmail.
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
What you do before returning for replacement: you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.

How Do I Return a Part or Core?
We have a 30 day return policy. All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, you must submit a support ticket above within 30 days of ordering your product and we will email you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number with instructions. Returns can't be accepted without an RMA Number.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that you might receive multiple RMA numbers if you are returning multiple products. It is very important to return items to their correct return location with the correct RMA#. If products are returned to an incorrect location, credit will not be issued or significantly delayed.
How Should I Ship Back My Return?
Check that all of the parts you wish to return are included in your RMA e-mail.
We strongly recommend that you return your item with a shipping carrier that can provide you with insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage.
All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock.
Please make sure to clearly write the correct RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Please do not write on the "boxes" your parts come in as your product will not be considered "resalable".
All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.
When will I get my RMA number?
Most RMA numbers are issued within 2-4 business days. (On some items it may take longer than 4 days) Your RMA number along with complete return instructions will be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive your RMA number within 5 business days of your request, please contact us as there may be an issue with your return.
