I have now owned this XP005L machine for 8 months. I don't want to talk about all the features because every other review mentions it. I want to talk about how durable it is. I have accidentally dropped this tool countless times, but the rugged case has protected it every time, only showing minor scratches. Last month I accidentally left it outside in the back yard for 3 days. It rained all 3 days. My wife found it and brought it in for me. After letting it dry up, I tried to turn it on. It started right up and was working normally! I am extremely impressed with this tool. I am still using it almost daily.

 Customer support very quick to respond and very helpful. High quality product.
 Overall I'm very satisfied with this product. I also really like that,  I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.
