Godiag GT107+ DSG Plus is able to diagnose VAG DQ200 and DQ250 gearboxes in manual mode with Autel tablet scanners like MK808 MP808 MS906 MS908 series.

Device connection:

Take out the Autel MaxiVCI Mini, and pair it and the Autel diagnostic scanner via Bluetooth

Connect VCI with Godiag GT107+ DSG Plus Gearbox Adapter

Then connect GT107+ and gearbox TCU via DB9 DSG Gearbox Universal Conversion Jumper according to the corresponding wiring diagram

Plug the power supply to GT107+

Press GODIAG GT107 + analog ignition switch and 120 ohm CAN resistance switch

Autel scan tool menu function path:

Select Diagnostics>> EOBD>> Accept the disclaimer>> Autoscan

Identify the protocol successfully

Read DTC & FFD

Read Live Data

Turn key ON with engine OFF to read vehicle generation information

Alright, VAG DQ200 and DQ250 gearbox TCU are diagnosed by Godiag GT107+ DSG Plus Adapter and Autel scanner successfully.

Godiag GT107+ DSG Plus Gearbox Data Adapter tutorial:

Work with Kess V2 ECU programmer to read DQ200/DQ250 gearbox data, no issues!

Connection:

1.Connect the Godiag GT107+ to the gearbox ECU according to the gearbox ECU wiring definition.

2.Connect GT107+, Kess V2, and computer via main cable and USB cable separately

3.Connect the 12V 2A DC power supply to GT107+. (The function buttons must be popped up before connecting the power supply.)

4.Press GT107 + analog ignition switch in “manual” mode and 120 ohm switch

The adapter displays the current working voltage of the power supply, and the current working current of gearbox ECU.

Operation:

Make sure the network connection is normal.

Run kess v2 software (i.e.Ksuite 2.80)

Select car icon

Select car manufacturer, model, year, etc, click “OK”

Identify ECU and save the data

Read and backup gearbox ECU data
