Why my Tracking No. is Invalid, I cannot track it online?



This situation is may because of the following points:

1. The Express company hasn’t updated the recent delivery information to their website. Sometimes, it will have about 1 day delay.

2. The tracking code was not correct. Please contact our customer service to check the tracking No.

3. The parcel had been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.
